Outsourcing Partnership

The purpose of this partnership is to establish a long term relationship with each company.  JDK Resources assumes the day to day handling of the company’s human resources department dealing with employees.

Some of the activities handled on your site a JDK Resources representative are as follows:

• Interviewing candidates on a continual basis in order to build a pool of people meeting the company criteria
• Checking each shift to assure all employees have reported to work each day
• Counseling and terminating employees as needed
• Handling of all time worked as well as processing weekly payroll
• Workers compensation related to injuries and follow-up
• Assisting company human resource departments with reports or special employee projects
