On-Site Lead
Recommended for a smaller company, this individual is a working supervisor.
Their responsibilities also include documenting tardiness, absences, tallying of
hours as well as communicating with the JDK office on a daily basis. Should
any issues arise the lead is authorized to conduct any meeting or disciplinary
action.
The JDK office is responsible for building a pool of employees for all positions.
This includes prescreening and interviewing of all applicants.
On-Site Customer Service Representative
Recommended for a larger company in which a dedicated customer service
representative is placed on the client’s site. This individual will handle all
interviewing, hiring, orientation, daily check ins, weekly timecard calculations,
communicating with the supervisors daily to establish their staffing needs as well
as feedback on employee performance.
This individual will need a dedicated work space within the company’s facility in
order to perform their job to the client’s satisfaction.
