Individual Training

Warehouse Development Center assists individuals in obtaining forklift recertification and learning how to drive a forklift.

This is done in our 10,000 square foot warehouse facility located in Winder, Georgia. Classroom training is done to familiarize the student with OSHA standards and rules of driving a forklift. Then it’s onto the forklift in which our certified trainer with over 20 year’s experience will train you how to utilize the equipment while you are driving. An obstacle course is set up along with racking and pallets to simulate a real warehouse environment.

Warehouse Development Center offers two types of training sessions at cost that fits the public’s pocket book

Recertification
For experienced individuals needing to update their certification and renew their license. Classroom training and equipment typically takes about 2 hours

New Driver Training
For those individuals who have always wanted to drive a forklift but never have had the opportunity. Classroom training typically takes 1 ½ hours. Forklift equipment training typically takes 5 hours. For those individuals needing more practice time on the equipment, we offer per hour rental time which includes the trainer and forklift.

Classes are offered daily Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday by appointment only. We accept Mastercard & Visa
