Employee Benefits

JDK Resources employees are also considered clients.  We provide the following benefits to our employees fro their loyalty.

Paid Holidays
JDK Resources pays six (6) holidays to employees who have completed the number of required hours in the most recent 12 month period.  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Paid Vacation
Employees earn one week (40) hours paid vacation who have completed the number of required hours in the most recent 12 months.  Employees have the option of taking the actual time off or receiving a check for time earned.

Direct Deposit
JDK offers employees direct deposit of their paycheck to the account of their choosing for each pay period.

Health Insurance
Employees are immediately eligible for health insurance for themselves and their families.  JDK Resources has alliances with two companies in which the employee chooses which is best for their situation.
